Welcome to Kid Ventures! By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We've kept things simple and straightforward — because shopping for little ones should be easy and stress-free.

We do our best to display accurate product descriptions, sizing, and pricing — but occasional errors can happen. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order if a pricing error or stock issue occurs, and we'll always let you know promptly. Placing an order means you're making an offer to purchase; we confirm acceptance when your order ships.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other secure payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely — your payment details are never stored on our servers.

We typically process and ship orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days. Once your order leaves our hands, delivery is managed by our carrier partners — we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow along.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. To start a return, just reach out to us and we'll guide you through the process. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

All content on the Kid Ventures website — including photos, copy, logos, and designs — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. We love when customers share their little ones wearing our pieces on social media, though!

Kid Ventures is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any situation is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
